A rumour began to spread recently that the highest mandarin and another one of similar status in the main office are set to quit their posts.

This rumour later became a prominent news piece in the social media as well. When the rumour was taking wings like this, the high-ups at the main office made discreet inquiries to find out who originated it.

The inquiries later revealed that an ambitious white- collar high-up in the main office itself was behind setting afloat this rumour. 

This ambitious one had earlier served a stint in the main office itself during yahapalanaya and  also held high office elsewhere in the past. He is going to be exposed in his true colours shortly, they say.
