This funny character, once a big gun in a security force, is now a top diplomat who often finds himself airborne.
It is said that the undiplomatic conduct of this diplomat has become a big headache to the crews of the national air liner. He invariably travels business class and insists that the seat next to his be always kept empty. Because the occupant of the adjoining seat could pose a security threat to him!
Crew members have at times gathered enough courage to explain to him that reserving two business class seats for one passenger would result in a loss of a tidy sum for the air line. But he has always brushed aside their remonstrance with an angry growl.
