The house made burgers vary from veg to non-veg. Executive Chef Robert says “ you can spice up your life with our oven baked tandoori chicken burger which comes with brie cheese, carrot strips, cucumber curd in curry bun and homemade masala flavoured chips. Or you can try my favorite; the BBQ marinated slow cooked pork belly with pickled slaw and Japanese sesame dressing on white bun and homemade chips”. In addition to these, there is the bread crumbed, stuffed chicken breast Cordon Bleu burger with pork ham and cheese in a soda roll bun accompanied with coleslaw and homemade chips, the Paneer Cheese burger is a stimulation for body and soul; tandoori oven baked homemade paneer cheese with aloo gobi, pickled cucumber, carrot spaghetti and curd in a curry bun served with homemade flavoured yellow curry chips and the Sriracha Veggie burger – red rice patty with zucchini, onion, dhal, chili, carrot topped with Sriracha slaw and peanut in a Ciabatta bun accompanied with homemade spiced chips.
The drool worthy burgers will be available from 11am to 10pm. “Be bold and come back for more” says a smiling Chef.
