10 Sri Lankan players left for South Africa to participate in a pre-series camp (File photo)
Ten Sri Lankan players departed for South Africa last night to participate in a pre-series camp ahead of the upcoming two-match Test series against South Africa.
Sri Lanka Test Skipper Dhananjaya de Silva, Dimuth Karunaratne, Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal and Prabath Jayasuriya are among the 10 players who left for Durban in South Africa where the arrangements have been made for the players to train and practice.
The rest of the squad will leave the island on November 22 after the end of three-match ODI series between Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
The squad taking part in the pre-series camp: Dhananjaya de Silva, Dimuth Karunaratne, Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal, Lahiru Kumara, Prabath Jayasuriya, Nishan Peiris, Milan Rathnayake, Kasun Rajitha and Lasith Embuldeniya. (Agencies)
