The Airmen, who were trailing 10-14 at half time, came back strongly with a powerful performance to turn the game in their favour while collecting their points from two goals and one penalty.
Army SC conceded an early try to their opponents but came back well to snatch the lead mid way in the second half before they ended up with two goals.
Air Force SC opened the scoring in the third minute with a penalty from Gayantha Iddamalgoda. Number eight Shashika Fernando scored their first try in the 15th minute with Iddamalgoda adding the extra points.
Army SC then scored twice shortly before half time with flanker Nalaka Maduranga and Skipper Ashan Bandara doing the honours with the latter converting both tries.
However, flanker Nishan Peiris scored the decisive try for Air Force SC in the 49th minute with Iddamalgoda making no mistake with the conversion.
