Anjalika Kurera of MAS Holdings who had earlier clinched the Women’s Singles and the Mixed Doubles bagged her third title of the Mercantile Tennis Tournament by clinching the Women’s Doubles at the SLTA Courts in Green Path, Colombo.
Meanwhile, Sanka Athukorala of Lanka Minerals and Chemicals bagged two titles when he won the Men’s Over-35 Singles defeating Stephan Costa of Sanj Paul in the final.

Men’s Over-35 Singles final: Sanka Athukorala (Lanka Minerals and Chemicals) beat Stephan Costa (Sanj Paul) 6-1, 6-0. Women’s Doubles final: Anjalika Kurera/Tarah Greig (MAS Holdings) beat Dinesha Bopitiya (Lanka Minerals and Chemicals)/Oshani Wickremesinghe (Standard Chartered Bank) 6-1, 6-1. Men’ Over 35 Doubles final: Sanka Athukorala/M. U. Bopitiya (Lanka Minerals and Chemicals) beat Aruna Seneviratne/Rajiv Casie (Commercial Credit) 7-6, 6-1.
