Nuwanidu Fernando will lead the Sri Lanka ‘A’ Team for the ACC Men’s T20 Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024, which is scheduled to be held in Muscat, Oman, from October 18 to 27.
The tournament is organised by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC). The 15-member Sri Lanka ‘A’ Team left the island yesterday.
Sri Lanka’s first match of the tournament will be against Afghanistan on October 18.
The Sri Lanka ‘A’ Squad: Nuwanidu Fernando (Captain), Lahiru Udara, Yashodha Lanka, Lasith Croospulle, Sahan Arachchige, Pavan Rathnayake, Ahan Wickramasinghe, Dinura Kalupahana, Kavindu Nadeeshan, Ramesh Mendis, Dushan Hemantha, Nimesh Vimukthi, Nipun Ransika, Isitha Wijesundara and Eshan Malinga.
