why we need minor parties to support minorities?let every body to support country as a whole ,not a selective cult .we need 20th amendment to keep parliamentarian responsible for the people they are representing ,if not people can send them home in the next election .Current PR system does not hold a such option for voters

Exactly correct what you said. Elected member should not be a part of race or cast. He has to serve people in his electorate.
