At least now Malinga should understand that only SLC is taking care of him, when he is injured !

wish him a successful recovery even if it takes long. A great cricketer like Malinga should be able to continue his sporting career for a long time.

Now SL should plan without Malinga to face the world cup just incase he deems unfit. He is a professional and will come all guns firing probably his last world cup in his career for sl. Sana has made the right call at the right time and hope Malinga will recover fast

My best wishes to Malinga; for a successful operation, and to get back to running after 8 weeks. Knowing my own situation this is certainly not a given. "One year" after a knee operation I believe I'm still at least 6 weeks away from being authorised to run.
Meanwhile, SL cricket would do well to activate the back-up fast bowling plan. Lakmal, Pradeep and Eranga - show your colours please :-)
