Ten people including five women were injured when a bus carrying some teachers and students of a dancing institute in Matara collided with a tipper truck yesterday at Kirindiwela in Hanwella, police said.

The Injured were admitted to the Dompe Hospital and later transferred to the National Hospital for further treatment.

The driver of the Tipper truck was arrested and investigations are being carried out by the Pugoda Police.
