So dear Minister of Transport, Commissioner of Motor Vehicles and IGP of Police, please tell me when you are going to enforce the law to the fullest to reign in these terror monsters and have these vehicles which are used by the public, checked periodically for road worthiness, emission test alone is totally inadequate.
