20 Sri Lankans stranded in Myanmar return

Colombo, September 6 (Daily Mirror)- A total of 20 Sri Lankans who were forcibly detained at an illegal cyber centre camp in Myanmar returned to Sri Lanka after being released.

The group included 16 males and 4 females.

The victims were rescued and brought to Thailand from Myanmar and arrived at the Katunayake Airport from Bangkok, Thailand last night.

Meanwhile , a group of officials from the Immigration Department and Human Trafficking and Maritime Crimes Investigation Division took steps to send them to their homes after recording their information.
