A decision has been taken at a party leaders' meeting to present the 2023 Budget to Parliament on November 14, parliament sources told Daily Mirror a short while ago.

Budgets in our country is a big farce. There is no future reference in budgeting. After three months they come back for a supplementary request. The budget is a waste of money and time where one reads something and no one understands nothing.
