How many more accidents must there be, how many people have to to be maimed, or die before the powers that be say enough is enough and start implementing the laws stringently without fear, favour or bias.

Oh what a pity that the adequate quantity of people have not died for the authorities to take corrective action against all these bus drivers. We must have an accident where at least 30 school children die before the authorities will truly wake up. Until then lets wish it happens soon.
