382 Covid-19 cases reported today
311 Covid-19 patients recover
A total of 382 new Covid-19 patients were identified today surging the total positive cases in Sri Lanka to 17,674.
According to the Government Information Department, all the patients are contacts of the Minuwangoda-Peliyagoda cluster.
Accordingly, the total cases of the Minuwangoda-Peliyagoda cluster rose to 13, 941.
Meanwhile, the total Covid-19 recoveries also increased to 11,806 today with 311 more Covid-19 patients recovering and being discharged from hospitals.
A total of 5,810 patients are still receiving treatment at hospitals. (Sheain Fernandopulle)
