The Attorney General’s Department today filed written submission at Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court against granting bail to Perpetual Treasuries Limited Owner Arjun Aloysius and its CEO Kasun Palisena. (Faaruk Thajudeen)

Bail is granted according to wims and fancies of the political situation. These days the henchmen in the judiciary will not dare give bail bcos of the election, later the order will come to give them bail. It is the same for Namal baba, Basil, Sil Reddi Crooks, Weerawansa, Aluthgamage etc. These facilities are not for simple citizens like us.
