Accepting nominations concludes: 39 candidates submit nominations
Colombo, August 15 (Daily Mirror)- A total of 39 candidates out of 40 who placed their deposits submitted their nominations at the Election Secretariat in Rajagiriya within the specified period, Chairman of the Elections Commission announced this mnorning.
Accepting nominations concluded at 11 am this morning.
The Commissioner announced that objections could be filed until 11.30 am.
