Usual suspects. Why not get volunteers to record reckless driving and traffic violations and fine the culprits. The volunteers should be registered with the Police and they should be able to upload footage securely.

In the past containers were never allowed to ply during the daytime as these vehicles were a menace to other road users with their long trailers and reckless drivers. How come that this regulation was withdrawn which was permitted only at night.The law enforcers should take immediate steps to ensure passage for road users!!!!!!
