All uneducated lots just keep their arms raised. They do not know what is being said or being passed. No logical arguments..... just elbow exercises.

Budget passed does not mean anything for the poor masses. Nothing in the budget for the upliftment of the poor or bringing down few items that the poor consume all the time. RW will reap the benefits of the budget very soon

This should be a do or die development budget which gives incentives to the export industry local production industry tourism industry and should discourage imports which could be produced locally. Wastage and corruption should not be tolerated under any circumstances.Get our lazy citizens to work day and night to uplift lanka from this disastrous situation.Dollar Loans should stopped with immediate effect.

If constitution is changed the budget reading should be only 1 reading.not 2 or 3 readings. As we noticed all these decadess it is always in favour of govt.in power. Voting in favour even if some clauses are seriously in danger for the people may be to cling on to power. There is no love for the people irrespective of Govt or opposition. Simply to amend it for one reading otherwise their is no value in a budget. Will save time and money.
