CEA organises ghee rice dansala for Poson

Colombo, June 18 (Daily Mirror) - The Central Environment Authority (CEA) is to organise a special ghee rice dansala today from 12.00 noon onwards at its premises at No. 104, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha in Battaramulla in line with the Poson full moon Poya day.

The dansala is expected to serve about 3,200 participants with 400 kilos of rice cooked with the financial commitment of the CEA staff lead by its Chairman Venura Fernando and Director General P.B. Hemantha Jayasinghe.

The CEA cordially invites the public to take part in the dansala.

CEA is a Government funded Authority and must not be involved in Dansalas. That is a ruse to fatten the pockets of some of its staff

CEA should take action to sound pollution by buses and Tuk tuk, not to give Dansal. You are using tax payers money
