CID, STF officials at Rajitha’s residence

A group of Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and Special Task Force (STF) personnel inspected former minister Rajitha Senaratne's residence at Colombo 7 today to arrest him.

A notice had been issued to arrest the former minister over the controversial ‘white van’ news conference.

However, a lawyer appearing for MP Senaratne said the MP was not at his home when the officials of the CID and STF arrived. (Nimanthi Ranasinghe and Dasun Rajapaksa)

Arrest all the deshapaaluwos and fake professor that went to visit him the other night. Charge them for aiding and abetting a wanted fugitive to be concealed, and so promoting crime in the country
