CID to investigate Welikada prison riots

The CID has launched an investigation into the incident where 27 prison inmates were killed during a shootout at the Welikada prison in 2012, Police said.

They said it was being carried out on the instructions of the Police Chief Pujith Jayasundara.

Beginning of another circus. Investigations will prove Gota's involvement in this heinous crime. Then case files will be closed at that stage. All criminals will continue to be at large scot free. Govt.will shamelessly start another case to deceive people again.
