Circular issued limiting fuel withdrawn

The circular, which was issued today declaring that fuel should be pumped only to vehicles, had been withdrawn with immediate effect, the Petroleum Resources Development Ministry said.

It said Minister Arjuna Ranatunga had ordered to withdraw the circular because there are adequate fuel supply to the market.

Unless he is blind cannot ignore the long lines of cars in front of fuel stations extends for several hundred meters. I can see there is adequate amounts of water due to continuation of showers but not fuel... is he confused again ?

Come On guys he is right...There is adequate fuel supply for this vehicles and family members. Full tank pumped every other day....

Think the minister has gone blind by concentrating too much on shortcomings in cricket and Sumathipala. Completely overlooked his responsibilities. You should resign for putting the entire country in a deep mess.

He probably doesn`t know how lengthy the queues are at the fuel station because he has a diesel Land Cruiser and, its tank is filled by its driver.
