Container truck driver found dead at Port Customs gate queue



Colombo, September 2 (Daily Mirror) - The Foreshore Police launched an investigation after the driver of a container truck, who had been waiting in a queue at the Customs exit gate since yesterday, was found dead inside his vehicle this evening within the port premises.

According to police, the driver, believed to be between 60 and 65 years old, was pronounced dead when being admitted to the National Hospital, Colombo. They suspect he may have died due to a cardiac arrest.
