Police officers have to work even during curfews and has increased chance to get covid-19. They should be taking 1000 mg vitamin D3, 1000 mg vitamin C and oral Zinc 10 mg daily to protect them. If symptomatic and positive for covid-19, they should be started on high dose vitamin D3.

Police need to follow the rules too, only 2 days ago I saw 2 policemen with their masks on their necks takking to eachother near a busy shop, this was in wellawatte, if the public sees that they will think it's ok too, but how to tell them to mask up , probly get locked up for some bs
