Covid-19 cases of Peliyagoda-Minuwangoda cluster exceed 7,000

The number of persons tested positive for Covid-19 from the Minuwangoda and Peliyagoda clusters increased to 7,083 with the latest detection of 137 patients.

Accordingly, the total number of Covid-19 cases reported in the country surged to 10,561.
