A total of 687 more COVID-19 patients have been detected increasing the daily count of COVID-19 cases to 2,970, the Government Information Department said.

Day before yesterday - 2909 ; yesterday-2959; today - 2970. We will have to assume that these figures are fictitious and trust more than 3500 contacts are reported daily.
