The Defender vehicle (WP:FZ9143) which fled after knocking down Borella Police Traffic OIC in Bambalapitiya today, was found at a house in Pelawatta, Battaramulla.

As per the video visuals this white colour defender jeep has black tinted glasses thus resembling PSD, PMSD, MSD security vehicle. How come this vehicle is in the possession of a civilian is a multi million dollar question.
