Now what happens if casino owner says he is stuck with money and pay later? What about recent incident where a beach side hotel was demolished by authority due to a person supposed to be a drug smuggler said by authorities (not an owner or shareholder) was demolished without warning? Is the authority going to stick to the rules?

TOURISM MINISTER CAN ADD ANOTHER NUMBER OF TOURISTS WHO WILL BE VISITING THE COUNTRY, COUPLE OF NIGHTS GOING AROUND THESE CASINO'S, CLEAN MONEY SURFACES AND TRANSFERED OVERSEAS. How can these casinos operate in sl yet people cant play online poker because of gambling laws? I have to lose my money in a corrupt licensed sri lankan place? The whole system is designed to help politicians and their friends, we need a gov that will punish people who limit rhe potential of Sri lankans, even people working abroad are paid less simply because they are sri lankans, and no its not the employer but the foreign bureau that take a huge cut off every migrant workers pay, I know someone who went to Saudi for a cleaners job, she gets paid 70000 a month, while average wage for cleaner In saudi is 55 laks a year, this is how sl foreign bureau makes billions in profit(not remittances), they take from thrse hard working people who struggle to feed their families, so people at the top can live in luxury, time to leave sri lanka for good..

How does this make sense, we are not a high end tourism country like Singapore dubai, we don’t have the proper infrastructure. Who gives out this type of ideas must be a fool. First you must provide support for new entrants and existing businesses to operate smoothly and grow the business. Then tax them you are killing the bird before it could even fly.
