All these military personnel proved to be abject failures in the Gota R government. Governance is a whole different “kettle of fish” in comparison to military administration. These appointments only highlight the bankruptcy and IMPOTENCY of the SJB. And the name Rajitha Seneratne certainly doesn’t inspire any confidence. Rajitha should be sharing a cell with Mullakheliya.

Premadasa proves once again that he does not have a lucky hand when it comes to selecting his "advisory staff" and at the same time shows that a substantive change in policy for such advisors, who bring with them their thought patterns from the totally failed past, is probably not possible with this SJB! !! Fonseka should think very carefully about whether he can still realize his political goals and (personal) ambitions for Sri Lanka and its people in and with this "headless" party!!! But, where are real political alternatives for a man like Fonseka!!!
