Former State Minister Lucky Jayawardana passes away
Former State Minister Lucky Jayawardana has passed away at the age of 71 today.
Jayawardana, a former Member of Parliament representing the United National Party (UNP) for the Kandy District, started his political career with the first Provincial Council election in 1988.
He supported Samagi Jana Balawegaya candidate Sajith Premadasa during the previous presidential election.
