Fuel prices revised from tonight

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has decided to revise its fuel prices with effect from tonight.

Accordingly, a litre of Lanka Petrol 95 Octane Euro 4 (Rs. 456) has been reduce by Rs. 9, and its new retail price will be Rs. 447.

A litre of Lanka Super Diesel 4 Star Euro 4 (Rs. 468) has been reduced by Rs. 10, and its new retail price will be Rs. 458.

A litre of Lanka Kerosene (Rs. 262) has been reduced by Rs. 5, and its new retail price will be Rs. 257.

The selling price of a litre of Lanka Petrol 92 Octane and a litre of Lanka Auto Diesel remain as Rs. 371 and Rs. 363.

The Chinese petroleum company SINOPEC announced its decision to adjust fuel prices in accordance with the CPC announcement from tonight.

3 wheeler fares, bus fares , school van fares and lorry fares will increase from midnight today. Reason, because they all use V8 or V12 engines.

What a joke. You reduce 10 from and increase the other by 10. This alone shows the ability of the minister and his so called officers.
