Fuel prices slashed



Colombo, August 31 (Daily Mirror) -  The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) announced that it will reduce the prices of fuel from midnight today. 

Under the new pricing, Petrol Octane 92 will see a reduction of Rs. 12, bringing the price down to Rs. 332 per litre. 

Meanwhile, Petrol Octane 95 will be reduced by Rs. 2, with the new price set at Rs. 377 per litre. 

Auto Diesel will also see a reduction of Rs. 10, making the new price Rs. 307 per litre while Super Diesel will be reduced by Rs. 3, bringing the price to Rs. 352 per litre.

Despite these changes, the price of Kerosene will remain unchanged.
