Gunshots fired at a house in Ambalangoda

Ambalangoda, March 14 (Daily Mirror) - Gunshots had been fired at a house of notorious underworld figure and drug trafficker Agampodi Sajith Saman Priyantha alias 'Samankolla', in Idanthota, Ambalangoda during the early hours of this morning.

Police said no injuries were reported in the shooting incident.

However, multiple bullets had struck the walls and door of the house while Samankolla's mother and three sisters were reportedly inside at the time.

Two individuals had reportedly arrived on a motorcycle, opened fire with a suspected T-56 assault rifle and fled.

The Ambalangoda Police have initiated investigations into the incident.

At the rate these incidents are happening, many seem to be in the lucrative trades! Whatever happened to ‘unable to have 3 square meals a day’ ? And these guys for sure don’t have tax files! Instead- many loose floor tiles in their houses!

Wow all these criminals have religious statues in front or will worship them, what do they believe in??? Why not give a six months gun amnesty then bring a law to jail them for life with no one could release them. Not even the president. Well the lawyer's will hate this.
