Astrologer Indika Thotawatte was arrested by the Computer Crimes Division this afternoon, Police said.

They said he was arrested over a statement made by him damaging national and religious harmony.

Police said some Muslim organisations had complained to the police stating that Thotawatte had made statements damaging national and religious harmony on a YouTube channel.

Good move. This should be applied to everyone. As Srilankans we lost everything already. These kinds of people would help damage religious harmony to their favorites to secure the government with vast majority again. Let’s be vigilant and think as proud Sri Lankans first to make stand our country in a good position which we had already lost.

Since 1948 all prime ministers, racist monks, rioters, murderers, rapist , forces should have been arrested billions of times for damaging fundamental rights, racial and religious harmony, forceful land acquisition, prevention of entry to universities by standardisations.
