Kandy multi-transport center project to commence in January 2024
PARLIAMENT (Daily Mirror)- The Kandy multi-transport center project will be started in January 2024 to remove the vehicle and passenger traffic congestion in Kandy and integrate train, bus and other taxi services.
The President in his budget speech said the project will be launched under the loan support of the World Bank.
He said Rs. 1.5 billion will be allocated for the development of the access roads to this center.
