September 12 - Kenyan President Ruto Meets High Commissioner Kananathan, Pledges Continued Partnership Ahead of Sri Lanka's Elections

Sri Lankan High Commissioner in Nairobi Kana Kananathan met Kenyan President William Ruto at the National Plan for Kenya launch event.

During the meeting, President Ruto extended his best wishes for the upcoming elections in Sri Lanka, scheduled for September 21.

President Ruto also emphasized the importance of continuing the strong and friendly relations between Kenya and
Sri Lanka, expressing his commitment to further cooperation between the two nations.

There's no doubt that this ambassador Kananathan in Kenya has built strong relationships with many African presidents, which is a tremendous asset for our country. His diplomatic efforts are creating vital connections between Africa and Sri Lanka. He has taken many of our businessman to set up businesses across the region with his connections. Full credit is due to him for his dedication, and we should wholeheartedly support his efforts in strengthening these ties, which will undoubtedly benefit both regions.
