Kumarasiri Hettige appointed SJB Matara District Organizer

Parliament, July 26 (Daily Mirror) - Kumarasiri Hettige, a journalist who was one time Parliamentary Affairs Secretary of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has been appointed as the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) District Organizer for the Matara District.

Hettige received the appointment letter from Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa in the latter’s office at the parliamentary complex.

SJB seems to be well organized at grassroot level. Major drawback for them is Sajiths failure to win the hearts of floating voters. Anura has a decent amount of floating voters but that alone will not be enough to win an election. Ranil manage to win some floating voters but with the way he behaves with sc matters he will loose them once again.
