Lasantha killing: suspect further remanded

If this was the guy who was posted to SL embassy in Germany, after the said murder by the former regime, then he should also be investigated for ransom. When people of any community in Germsnyi applied for travel documents, money was demanded with a warning the white van will be dispatched to their love one back home.

Legal system and the administration is very slow in action, takes years to come to a conclusion. I don't know why ?
