Here in London the famous Wembley football stadium which was rebuilt led by an Australian Architect about twenty years ago has a big arch shaped lighting over it. Just like what is happening in Louts Tower in Sri Lanka here too they change the colour of the lights reflecting important days or important British or European events. We tell our kids who get excited seeing the lights at Wembley, “ we also have similar lightings back home in our own country “.

One of the useless projects that wasted public money. The person who took unnecessary loans horapaksha still enjoys his life. JR,Pramadasa,CBK and even pissu Sira never wasted public money in large scale. At least the projects they did help the future of Sri Lanka.

You Upcountry Estate Indian madman, do you know the wealth this tower is generating in terms of endless tourists visiting this exciting mega structure and the prestige it brings to the City of Colombo ? You ought to focus on building toilets in India where nearly 45% of the population defecate on the fields and beaches , take a walk down any beach in Mumbai and see the human excrement everywhere, and you have the nerve to criticise our achievements.

People are being taxed left and right to pay for these unnecessary expenses of the government. Poor and middle class have cut back so much on their food and personal expenses to survive. Seeing such waste is like rubbing it in their face.
