The official website of the Department of Meteorology has been hacked for the second time in a short period.

According to officials, efforts are currently underway to restore the website and secure its functionality.

This incident comes shortly after a similar hack that occurred on November 1, 2024.

No weather forecast is accurate except 24 hours and predictably for 48 hours anywhere in the world as the parameters that decide wind currents and temperature changes are unpredictable and no one can be definite but by approximations forecasts are made. Forecast = predict or estimate.
