Minor fire at Herali restaurant in Colombo 2

A fire broke out at Herali restaurant in Colombo 2 on Friday, the Fire Service Department said.

According to the department, the fire was caused by a gas cylinder leak.

Two fire trucks and ten firefighters were dispatched to contain the blaze.

The fire was brought under control, preventing extensive damage to the restaurant and nearby establishments.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
