Monday declared special holiday
Colombo, September 21 (Daily Mirror) - The government has declared September 23 (Monday) as a special government holiday.
Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs, Pradeep Yasaratne announced this in a statement.
The special government holiday will not apply to public and private banks.
