Nilfer’s second assaulter arrested

A second individual, identified as Insham Inoon, was taken into custody for assaulting St. Joseph’s College rugby coach Nilfer Ibrahim after their match against Kingswood College in Kandy.

Angelo Mathews becomes father again for the 4th time

Inoon had made a complaint against Ibrahim following the incident that took place at the end of the Under 19 Inter-School Rugby match between the two schools, before subsequently withdrawing it.

However, Inoon was arrested based on a complaint made by Ibrahim. (SJ)

Kingswood College should be suspended for at least 3 seasons from this sport.

@roni, Don't be so cruel in your thinking. Why should an entire institution be penalized for action for a few bad actors whether they are students of that school or otherwise?

Suspension are useless St Peters should be banned and or demoted this season but they went through the back door since they have old boys in SLR twisted hands and got their way...
