You can tell by the way prisoners are treated, how civilised a country is. In Sri Lanka even the Red Cross had to be involved in giving the prisoners and personel protection gear and desinfectant

About 30 to 40 percent of of the prison population will ultimately get infected. That's about 7,500 to 10,000 prisoners. Facemasks and PPE will not prevent the spread in overcrowded prisons. The only way to reduce the infections is to provide vitamin D3, vitamin C and oral Zinc supplements to all prisoners.
