Nuwan Thushara ruled out of Indian T20I series

Daily Mirror (Colombo) - Sri Lankan fast bowler Nuwan Thushara has been ruled out of the upcoming Indian T20I series due to a finger injury sustained during a fielding practice session in Pallekelle.

Sri Lanka Cricket yesterday announced that fast bowler Dushmantha Chameera has also been ruled out of the Indian white-ball series due to injury. Asitha Fernando has been included in the team as Chameera's replacement.

Meanwhile, due to Thushara's absence, Dilshan Madushanka is expected to step in as his replacement.
