Ongoing health strike to be called off
Colombo, Feb 02 (Daily Mirror) - The trade unions representing the health sector have decided to suspend the ongoing strike action from 6.30 am tomorrow (03).
At least 72 trade unions within the health sector resorted to an island-wide strike yesterday (01) in protest of the long-standing dispute over the Disturbance, Availability and Transport (DAT) allowance.
