A total of 114 people, who had visited the inmates at the Kandakadu Drug Rehabilitation Centre and their family members, have tested negative for COVID-19, Army Commander Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva said.

Uncle, that is good. May I know who was patient No. Zero and from where was he infected. Even the GMOA doubts your numbers and statements. As for me I see you as political driven and as such your statements need to be taken with a pinch of salt.

Not so fast on this, they need to be kept for 14 days quarantined and then tested. This has a incubation period.
