Pilliyan to be sworn in as State Minister



Batticaloa District MP and Leader of the TMVP, Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias Pilliyan will be sworn in as the State Minister of Rural Roads and Other Infrastructure before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today evening.

Pilliyan who is in Parliament from the National list had earlier servived as the Chief Minister of the Eastern Province.

The Daily Mirror learns that more state ministers will take oaths today evening in addition to the 24 state ministers who took oaths yesterday. (DSB)
