Prez holds talks with Indian External Affairs and Finance Ministers

India, Dec 16 (Daily Mirror) - President Anura Kumara Dissanayake who arrived in India yesterday held talks with Indian External Affairs Minister Dr.S. Jaishankar and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharama New Delhi.

He was welcomed by India's Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Dr. S. Murugan, Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Santosh Jha, Additional Secretary of the Indian Ocean Region Puneet Agrawal, Chief of Protocol Anshuman Gaur, and other diplomatic officials.

The Indian media provided significant coverage of the President's arrival. Around major roundabouts in New Delhi, billboards featuring the images of both President Dissanayake and Prime Minister Narendra Modi were prominently displayed.

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake is scheduled to hold discussions with India's Minister of External Affairs, Dr. S. Jaishankar, and National Security Advisor, Shri Ajit Doval.

The President's accompanists on this visit are Vijitha Herath, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism, and Prof. Anil Jayantha Fernando, the minister of labour and deputy minister of economic development.

Did AKD complete his Degree at Kelaniya as confirmed before Elections?? Get the Certificate and confirm. Do we have educated MPs as declared by NPP !! Country needs to know !!

You can vote for Rajapaksa next time . You don’t need education to run the country but intelligent and willing to help ordinary people and eliminate corruption.

NPP got all educated MPs despite some disputes over the quality of the qualification recognition that is arguable. What is missing here is the first lady of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
